Polar Resources was established as a junior exploration company with an initial focus on critical minerals in Norway. We have selectively pursued several transactions, including a transformative deal involving a brownfield development asset. In 2026, we broadened our strategic mandate to focus on pursuing opportunities within the natural resources industry within two verticals – oil & gas and mining, while further developing our existing assets and mineral exploration activities.
